As a ticket coordinator, on the Wealth Management team, you will manage the ticket inventory and respond to requests, serving as a liaison across multiple teams. Access is spread nationally across various venues/sports including NBA, NHL, tennis, golf, and concerts nationwide. You’ll also help plan small, ad-hoc sporting events. We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized ticket coordinator for J.P. Morgan Wealth Management. As part of our ongoing events strategy, ultra-high net worth clients have access to a variety of sports and entertainment venues.

Job Responsibilities
Work closely with internal partners to secure ongoing tickets prioritizing market requests and also making recommendations on popular events across firm sponsored venues Stay in constant communication with regional advisor teams to answer questions, handle requests, ensure tickets are being use compliantly and general troubleshooting Master our internal ticketing system to manage tickets and report to leadership as needed Support golf events where additional event planning is required above and beyond simply tickets such as invitation creation, swag selection, reviewing menus, etc. Expand inventory in regions where ticketing does not exist – this might look like: Manage and execute smaller scale sporting themed events such as tennis clinics or suite nights Enter new contracts with sporting venues following all internal procedures to remain compliant Consider budget and client experience when making recommendationsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
2+ years prior experience in a similar role You are organized – you keep track of requests and respond in an efficient manner You enjoy problem solving – the immediate answer is not “no” but “here are some options” You appreciate the importance of essential tasks, approach them with a positive attitude, and take pride in completing them thoroughly and cheerfully You’re open to learning more and willing to step up to support the larger team Strong proficiency working in Microsoft Products (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
