Speech Therapist Job, 8 hour days, includes rotating weekends and holidays, Speech Therapy

Powers Health is hiring an inpatient speech therapist, MBSS competent, at the Community Hospital location. 

Speech Therapist Roles and Responsibilities:

Directs, supervises, evaluates and provides speech therapy services to patients as prescribed by the attending physician and under the therapy supervisor. Provides direct patient care, coordinating assigned patient loads and the work load of support personnel. 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited school holding a Master’s Degree in Speech Therapy. Certificate of Clinical Competence(CCC) in Speech Pathology granted by the American Speech and Hearing Association. Clinical Fellowship year (CFY-SLP) accepted with completion of CCC in 9-12 months. License/Registration/Certification: Indiana Licensure and current CPR certification. A basic understanding of federal and state regulations regarding billing, compliance, documentation, and supervision of support staff as they relate to the practice of relevant discipline.  MBSS Competent
