This position may require some weekends, and holidays. As a Speech Therapist, you are providing and directing Speech Language Pathology services to patients/residents. Including assessment, treatment, program planning, and implementation. They function under the physician's orders. They conduct screenings of patients at regular intervals to determine the need for intervention/treatment. Develops treatment plans by identifying a problem list, including long and short-term goals and methods to achieve identified goals. Monitors patients response to intervention and modifies treatment as indicated to attain goals in accordance within the physicians orders. Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.
