Speech Language Pathologist
**Job Summary and Responsibilities** As our Speech Language Pathologist, you will be a vital clinician, expertly assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders to significantly improve patient quality of life. Every day, you will conduct comprehensive evaluations for all referred patients, meticulously implementing individualized treatment plans. You'll contribute clinical expertise to develop/upgrade treatment programs/protocols, and actively shape departmental and organizational goals. To be successful in this role, you will possess advanced clinical knowledge, exceptional diagnostic/therapeutic skills, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach. + Meets or exceeds the productivity standard on an individual basis. + Meets or exceeds the productivity standard at the department level. + Completes documentation of treatment minutes and enters electronic charges accurately and timely. + Participates in continuing education and develops advanced skills that enhance and align with department, clinical and business development. + Participates on internal/external task force, committee or board appropriate to diagnostic program per manager approval. + Completes general and specialty competencies appropriate to clinical area for patient care management (General, ICU, FIM, DBS, Lung Transplant, Behavior management, MBS, FEES, etc). **Job Requirements** Required + Graduate of an accredited Speech/Language Pathology program or related field and Internship or rotation in appropriate clinical setting, upon hire and + Speech Language Pathologist: AZ, upon hire and + American Heart Association Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire Preferred + Masters Other and 2 years progressive experience in clinical area, performing patient clinical care, upon hire or + Doctorate Of Science in appropriate clinical area , upon hire **Where You'll Work** Located in the Phoenix, Ariz., suburb of Chandler, the Chandler Regional Medical Center is a 429-bed, not-for-profit hospital with more than 2,600 team members and almost 1,000 doctors on staff representing all major specialties.
