Job Description Insight Global is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the multidisciplinary team at Sound Children’s Therapy in Wenatchee, WA. Patient Population You will work with children experiencing: • AAC needs • Articulation disorders • Autism spectrum disorder • Language delays • Stuttering/fluency disorders • Selective mutism • Apraxia of speech • Speech delays • Communication challenges related to hearing loss Responsibilities • Provide direct therapy services for children with a wide range of communication needs • Conduct formal and informal evaluations and assessments • Develop and implement measurable, client-centered goals • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation • Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team • Communicate clearly with colleagues, external providers, and parents/caregivers Compensation • Salary: $70,000–$110,000 annually for full-time (based on experience) We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
