TransPerfect Health is seeking a SLP with the ability to work 15 hours per week at Holbrook Decatur, located in the sought after North Druid Hills community.
The ideal SLP will have weekday availability, as we do not work on the weekends at Holbrook Decatur. If you love the aging population and can work during normal business hours, this is your ideal position.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct screenings, evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with state practice acts, plan of care, and company policiesHelp optimize functional self-care, independence, and quality of life for members of the aging populationAccurately complete all required documentation in a timely mannerParticipate in required orientations, staff meetings, and in-service educationIn collaboration with the Director of Rehabilitation, develop robust therapy programProvide clinical supervision to Therapy Assistants as indicatedFollow all infection control procedures and OBRA Resident Rights GuidelinesDemonstrate sound clinical judgment and effectively prioritize patient careSupport compliance with all state and federal regulationsPerform duties that may involve moderate to heavy physical demandsCarry out additional responsibilities as assignedQualifications
