RESPONSIBILITIES

Achieve defined Sales target for the designated region and market. Emphasize the conversion of project specifications into significant project opportunities within the Vietnam region. Conduct a market assessment to understand market situation, trends, customers, changing requirement and needs. Establish a professional network with developers, architects, MEP consultants, and contractors. Collaborate with the internal department to address technical matters and ensure all requirements are met. Use of CRM to plan and document all project related activities. Take charge of project management, actively manage the sales funnel, and establish new pipelines to achieve annual targets and project success rates. Offer support to our distribution partners and guarantee local stock availability.  Strategize and conduct scheduled alignment meetings to expand the project pipeline and ensure project acquisition.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Background: Design, Architectural Diploma (Architect/Interior Design) Experience in the sanitary industry or related to the building industry Professional and fluent in English and local language Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to read technical drawings Travel within Vietnam Persistent and resilient Constant willingness to learn Team player & social competence
