ResponsibilitiesAls Specificatiebeheerder zorg je voor correcte en volledige productspecificaties die de basis vormen voor elk productieorder. Je verwerkt informatie uit verschillende afdelingen en vertaalt die naar een volledig uitgewerkte specificatie in ons ERP systeem (Navision).
Jouw taken
Je ontvangt technische en commerciële data van R&D, Sales, Purchase, Planning, Kwaliteit … en verwerkt die in Navision tot een volledige productspecificatie (blend, verpakking, drager (koker), productielijn, tolerantiecodes, kwaliteitsinstructies, afvalstroomcode, …).
Je documenteert alle wijzigingen en zorgt voor duidelijke achtergrondinformatie.
Je gaat actief na bij onduidelijkheden, denkt kritisch mee en voorkomt fouten door proactief te handelen.
Na finalisatie door de planner controleer en valideer je de uitgaande productieorderbonnen.
Na een grondige inwerkperiode verdiep je jou verder in:
Beheer en afroep van grondstoffen en additieven in overleg met Planning, Purchase, Supply Chain
Back‑up voor de planner bij afwezigheid.
Jouw profiel
Master of gelijkwaardig denkvermogen, bij voorkeur in een technische of analytische richting.
Interesse in productieprocessen en affiniteit met kunststoffen en verpakkingen.
Administratief sterk, nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht.
Flexibel, stressbestendig en communicatief.
Teamgerichte houding en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
Je werkt georganiseerd in een dynamische omgeving en kan snel schakelen.
Kennis van Navision is een pluspunt.
