We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Specialty Chef (Maldivian Omakase) to curate and deliver an exceptional chef-led dining experience inspired by Maldivian flavors and the omakase concept. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing personalized tasting menus, showcasing the freshest local seafood and ingredients, engaging directly with guests, and upholding the highest standards of culinary excellence, sustainability, and luxury service in alignment with the resort’s brand values and dining philosophy.
