Job Description:

We are seeking a Specialist for Application Support with a strong background in .NET, C#, and Windows/IIS environments to lead the maintenance and enhancement of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of experience and demonstrate leadership in troubleshooting and mentoring.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide advanced support, troubleshooting, and enhancement of .NET and C# enterprise applications.Analyze complex issues in codebases and collaborate with other teams to plan and implement upgrades and enhancements.Lead all phases of the SDLC for maintenance and post-production support.Manage and tune IIS and Windows Server environments for optimal performance.Develop and maintain PowerShell and shell scripts for automation.Mentor junior team members and document best practices and troubleshooting steps.Coordinate with middleware teams for cross-platform integration and support.Support CI/CD pipeline automation for efficient deployment.Required Skills & Experience5 to 8 years of experience supporting enterprise .NET/C# applications.Expert in .NET Framework/Core, C#, ASP, IIS, and Windows Server.Advanced scripting with PowerShell and shell.Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.Experience with CI/CD tools and version control.Excellent leadership, documentation, and communication skills.Good-to-Have SkillsAzure cloud administration or migration.Familiarity with Java middleware for integration.Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
