Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Specialist - Stakeholder Management to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders across various departments and external partners, ensuring smooth project progression and organizational alignment.

Develop and implement effective stakeholder engagement strategies to support organizational goals and initiativesManage complex stakeholder issues using advanced techniques and proceduresConduct regular stakeholder analysis to identify key influencers, their interests, and potential impacts on projectsCreate and deliver presentations to various stakeholder groups, effectively communicating complex information and project updatesMaintain and organize stakeholder-related documentation on enterprise content management systemsLead cross-functional meetings and facilitate effective communication between different stakeholder groupsDevelop and maintain stakeholder management tools and databases to track interactions, commitments, and action itemsIdentify and mitigate potential risks related to stakeholder management, escalating issues to senior management when necessaryContribute to the development of stakeholder management best practices and standard operating proceduresCollaborate with other departments to ensure consistent stakeholder messaging and alignment with overall organizational strategyMonitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to stakeholder satisfaction and engagement

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field3-5 years of experience in stakeholder management or related fieldAdvanced skills in stakeholder management and engagementStrong ability to plan, organize, and complete tasks within specified timelines and budget constraintsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiencesProficiency in conducting stakeholder analysis and developing engagement strategiesExperience in identifying and mitigating stakeholder-related risksKnowledge of enterprise content management systems and stakeholder management toolsDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional meetings and facilitate effective communicationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in project management tools and softwareExcellent negotiation and conflict resolution skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational abilitiesCollaborative mindset with a customer-focused approach
