Position Summary:

A highly skilled Oracle Sourcing, Contracting, and Procurement Consultant . This role is responsible for performing all functions related to Analysis, Design, Configuration, and Testing within the Sourcing and Contracting domain. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience and deep functional expertise in Oracle Sourcing, Contracting, and Procurement modules on Oracle Fusion ERP, combined with a solid understanding of Sourcing and Procurement business processes. This position provides a unique opportunity to contribute to critical business initiatives and deliver solutions that streamline procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements and translate them into Oracle Sourcing and Procurement solutions.Design and configuration of Oracle Sourcing, Contracting, and Procurement modules to meet business needs.Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and align Oracle solutions with organizational goals.Perform thorough testing of configured solutions, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).Provide functional expertise in Oracle modules, ensuring best practices are followed in implementations and enhancements.Work closely with internal teams to ensure adherence to compliance frameworks, including SOX and organizational audit requirements.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Sourcing, Contracting, and Procurement modules.Prepare detailed documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and test plans.Collaborate with Oracle and other technical teams to ensure seamless integration between Oracle and other business systems.Offer post-implementation support, training, and guidance to end-users.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Sourcing, Contracting, and Procurement modules.Deep functional expertise in Oracle Procurement Cloud or E-Business Suite (EBS) ERP.Strong knowledge of Sourcing and Procurement business processes and best practices.Proven experience in system analysis, design, configuration, and testing within Oracle environments.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into Oracle solutions.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Strong communication skills to interact effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and end-users.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Oracle Fusion Customer CX Service Cloud is a plus.Knowledge of integration tools and technologies for Oracle applications.Previous experience in large-scale Oracle implementations or upgrades.Certifications in Oracle Procurement or related modules are desirable.
