Your key responsibilities:Supplier Data Maintenance:
Perform accurate and timely updates to supplier records in ERP and supplier management systems.Verify supplier information and documentation for completeness and compliance.Assist in onboarding new suppliers by collecting and validating required data.Data Quality & Compliance Support:
Support periodic audits of supplier data to identify discrepancies and escalate issues.Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements under guidance.Maintain documentation and records related to supplier data management.Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with procurement, legal, finance, and compliance teams to support supplier data accuracy.Respond to supplier-related inquiries and assist in resolving data issues.Support procurement activities by providing accurate supplier information.Process Improvement Assistance:
Identify opportunities to improve supplier data processes and suggest enhancements.Participate in automation and digital transformation initiatives as directed.Reporting & Analytics Support:
Assist in preparing reports and dashboards on supplier data quality and compliance metrics.Help analyze data trends to support risk identification and process improvements.What you need to have:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.2-4 years of experience in supplier data management, procurement support, or vendor administration.Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supplier management tools.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.Basic understanding of compliance standards and data governance principles.What makes you stand out?Experience supporting digital transformation projects in procurement or vendor management.Knowledge of industry regulations such as ISO or SOX.Experience working in a global or multi-national environment.About Marsh:

Work Model:
