Marsh operations
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Specialist– Placement
The Specialist will provide essential support to Marsh Brokers across all regions, facilitating the placement of policies and delivering exceptional client service within the Placement value stream.
We will count on you to:
Ensure compliance with internal targets related to error reduction, quality checking, and processing.Develop and maintain productive relationships with Brokers, fiduciary and claims team.Ensure all documentation complies with Marsh Procedures, Marsh Compliance Standards, and regulatory guidelinesAssist Brokers in managing placements within the Marsh systemsFile necessary documentation in the Marsh systems and support internal and external teams with updatesPrepare Slips/Quotes, Contracts, Endorsements document templates, adapting them based on client information and input from Broking teamsMonitor and manage workflow, coordinating the flow of business into Placement TeamsProcess Management:
Manages own queue of work to ensure timely delivery on all cases as per SLAUnderstands process steps and guidance and processes case as per process guidelines and checklistEscalates delays and queries appropriately after due investigationIdentifies gaps and anomalies in information provided to ensure process completeness before submission for client deliveryEnsures quality of data provided by taking end – to end responsibility of process deliveryRisk & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to policies & procedures as per organization’s standards and laid out SOPsEnsures operational risks are highlighted on time and escalates the same to proper authorities for corrective actionAdheres to data and information security guidelines ensuring zero DLPIs aware of and adheres to regional regulations on data management, financial crime, GDPR etc.What you need to have:
