"Eaton is seeking a seasoned Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro(used interchangeably) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the functional deployment and optimization of Kinaxis Maestro for operational procurement across Supply Chain Centers of Excellence(CoEs). This role will serve as the functional anchor for Kinaxis implementations, collaborating with cross-functional global teams and implementation leads to ensure seamless deployment, issue resolution, and user enablement.
Additionally will be responsible for the deployment of Supplier Colloaboration module deployment for all businesses
The individual should have good general understanding of materials management with deep understanding of operational procurement and its enablement through Kinaxis. This is an individual contributor role, however given the scope of projects, the individual is expected to drive a cross functional team having a large span of influence which is critical to role success."
"• Demonstrate strong functional knowledge & working experience related to materials management & detailed understanding of concepts related to operational procurement and supplier management processes.
• Proven expertise in enablement of operational procurement through Kinaxis Maestro with experience of driving functional deployment and adoption.
• A strong understanding of Kinaxis’s data management and integration including key control settings with experience of integrating data from legacy systems/ERPs.
• Deep understanding of the underlying data model and analytics of Kinaxis with understanding of how demand, supply, and inventory data are structured in the system to ensure calculations are correct within the tool.
• A solid understanding of the Kinaxis Supplier Collaboration application and close loop design as well as a good understanding of ERP processes and screens in managing open orders, VMIC, supplier schedules etc.
• Act as the primary point of contact for functional issues, proactively identifying, diagnosing, and resolving errors and inefficiencies in existing configurations.
• Collaborate with global implementation teams, supply chain planners, IT, and business stakeholders to drive issue resolutions to ensure effective technology usage and adoption.
• Responsible for sharing with the team, Kinaxis best practices, continuous improvement of process, development of process standards to optimize planning.
• Facilitate functional workshops, training sessions, and knowledge sharing to build internal capabilities and promote adoption of Kinaxis Maestro.
• Ensure data integrity and planning accuracy by working closely with data management and integration teams
• Excellent communication & presentation skills to work with global global teams and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Proven ability to resolve functional issues and support end-users in a complex, global supply chain environment.
• Kinaxis certifications (e.g., Contributor, Author Level 2/3, Solution Consultant) strongly preferred.
• Comfortable in working across multiple geographies and managing multiple priorities and drive functional excellence in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
