Job Description: Lead Full Stack Engineer (FinX Glue Platform)
Role: Lead 2 - Product Engineering

Key Responsibilities

-Design, build, and operate production-grade full-stack platform services, ensuring high availability, scalability, security, and performance.
-Lead end-to-end implementation of platform capabilities spanning backend services, APIs, event processing, data models, and frontend consoles.
-Own and guide the architecture of API orchestration, mediation layers, canonical schemas, and integration patterns.
-Drive adoption of event-driven and API-first architectures aligned to enterprise and banking standards.
-Implement end-to-end observability for cloud-native services, including structured logging, distributed tracing, and metrics instrumentation using industry-standard frameworks and tools.
-Stay current with advancements in full-stack frameworks, cloud-native patterns, distributed systems, and developer platforms.
-Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, SRE, and Cloud teams to translate business requirements into scalable platform solutions.
-Provide technical leadership, design reviews, and mentorship to senior and mid-level engineers.

Experience & Skills
-12-18 years of overall software engineering experience, including:
-4-6 years in a Lead Engineer / Senior IC / Technical Lead role
-Proven experience designing and delivering critical enterprise platforms or products
-Strong hands-on expertise across backend, frontend, APIs, and data layers
-Experience building and operating cloud-native, microservices-based systems
-Strong exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and production operations
