Ally is excited to offer a career opportunity in our Learning and Development (Automotive Dealer Training) department for a new Training Specialist. This rewarding role will require frequent work week travel including overnights (up to 75% travel is expected) -- candidate must be based in any large Metropolitan area near an airport due to travel requirements. This role is designated WFH/Remote with travel. Occasional weekend and evening travel may be required. As a Training Specialist you are the connection between Ally Financial Insurance Senior Training Specialists and its internal and external (dealership) learning customers. Working at a national level, the Training Specialist will exhibit trusted autonomy and independent judgement while supporting and delivering training material and consultative services. You will be responsible for leveraging learning tools to train internal and external audiences through a variety of media to meet different customer needs, learning objectives, and styles. You will be a contributor to the review and creation of course content and ongoing training plans and will provide support for audio/video conferencing tools and services.

Automotive and/or Learning & Development or corporate training experience is strongly preferred. Base Pay Range: $55000 - $95000 USDAn individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer. Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
