Specialist, Travel and Expense - North America
**The Position** The **Travel & Expense (TnE) Specialist** is responsible for the efficient, effective, and accurate processing and monitoring of employee expense reports through Concur, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, legal requirements, and internal BI guidelines. The role supports TnE process automation, continuous improvement, and effective collaboration with cross‑functional business units to strengthen overall TnE process quality. **Duties & Responsibilities** + Prioritize, process, and monitor Expense Reports in line with tax, legal, and BI internal guidelines. + Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process standardization and harmonization. + Participate in or manage projects aimed at identifying, documenting, and implementing process optimization opportunities. + Implement, sustain, and monitor defined standard processes related to TnE. + Deliver ad‑hoc reports requested by various stakeholders. + Participate in cross-functional projects and support Process Management in developing new TnE processes. + Support audit teams on TnE-related topics. + Maintain active communication with internal/external business partners and employee vendors regarding TnE inquiries. **About Our Future Employee** You excel in a dynamic, international environment and bring strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
