Job Title: Specialist, Technology Solutions

About the role

We’re seeking a Legal Technology Analyst to design, implement, and support solutions that modernize legal operations and contract lifecycle management (CLM). This role combines technical expertise with a strong understanding of legal processes, enabling cost reduction, improved compliance, and actionable insights through data and automation.

What you’ll do

Create and maintain legal technology solutions across Legal platforms and integrated systems (CLM, etc.).Collaborate with legal stakeholders to translate complex legal language and compliance requirements into technical specifications.Drive automation and analytics: leverage AI tools, RPA, and data insights to streamline workflows and reduce costs.Integrate CLM tools with enterprise technology stack; manage databases, user groups, and security roles.Enhance user experience through thoughtful UX/UI design and continuous improvement.Support SDLC and project delivery: participate in planning, testing, and deployment phases.Provide technical troubleshooting and support for legal systems and integrations.

Required qualifications & experience

Legal domain familiarity: experience working with contracts, compliance, and legal terminology.Modern CLM technology: hands-on experience with leading CLM platforms and related integrations.Technical skills:Programming basics (Shell scripting, JSON)API development and RPANetworking, database management, and cloud technologiesSecurity principles and Microsoft Office proficiencyWorkflow designSDLC and project management experience.Strong communication skills: ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences, align stakeholders, and work collaboratively.
