Duties & Responsibilities:

Monitors social media trends and cultural opportunities

Support social listening strategy and tactics across various web entities

Aid content and social media team in campaign and evergreen asset planning and creation

Develop asset briefs, support briefings and input creative requests to copywriters and production team(s)

Support team on live commerce video initiatives by working with cross-functional partners gather products, promotional offers and be day-of support during the production

Supports owned ambassador program by tracking outreach responses, contract progress and seeding product

Publish content through Petco’s CMS (AEM), social media scheduling platform (Sprinklr) and native platforms

Pulls monthly and campaign-level channel data from Sprinklr, Adobe Analytics and native platforms to inform reporting

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or another related field.

3+ years’ experience in content marketing and/or social media or equivalent combination or education and experience.

Superior relationship-building skills

Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with ease and comfort

Experience with CMS (preference on Adobe Experience Manager)

Experience with social media scheduling platforms (preference with Sprinklr)

Advance knowledge of native social media platforms

Actual pay rates will depend on factors such as position, location, level of experience, and applicable state or local minimum wage laws. If the regulatory minimum wage exceeds the minimum indicated in the pay range below, the regulatory minimum wage will be the minimum rate applied.
