You fully contribute to the delivery of the route-to-market team's KPIs and annual objectives by leveraging insight from data analysis. You support the national account strategy at a local level in outlets such as cash and carry, multi-site and other selected food service customers utilizing data and performing analysis.
How you will contribute
You will:
Develop RTM (route-to-market) plans that will step up our sales efficiency and effectiveness, improve sales route planning and deliver on our Right Store strategies.Own our Right Store strategy and plan by defining the optimum point of the highly complex route-to-market parameters like distributors, sales representatives, stores, route frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly visiting cycles), new region, distributor and sales territories.Build excellent Perfect Store audit mechanisms as a major part of SIP (sales team incentive program).What you will bring

Ejecución Estratégica en Campo: Implementar la estrategia de ventas en el terreno.
Optimización de Rutas: Asegurar la eficiencia de las rutas de venta.
Enlace entre Ventas y RTM (Route to Market): Servir como puente de comunicación entre el equipo de ventas y la estrategia de RTM.
Aseguramiento del Diseño de Rutas: Garantizar que las rutas operen conforme al diseño establecido.
Gestión de Incidencias: Gestionar y resolver incidencias en las rutas.
Maximización de la Efectividad Comercial: Maximizar la efectividad comercial en las rutas.
Supervisión del Desempeño Diario: Supervisar el desempeño diario de las rutas y el personal a cargo.
Cumplimiento de Itinerarios: Asegurar el cumplimiento de los itinerarios establecidos.
Monitoreo de Salida de Rutas: Monitorear que las rutas salgan en tiempo y forma.
Auditoría y Corrección de Itinerarios: Auditar y corregir itinerarios según sea necesario.
Gestión de Personal: Gestionar y supervisar el personal a cargo.
Reportes y Tableros: Generar reportes y tableros de seguimiento.
Education / Certifications:
Lic. Administración/ Ing Industrial/ Logistica y cadena de suministro
Job specific requirements:
Mínimo 4 años de experiencia en operaciones, preferiblemente en la industria de consumo masivo.
Experiencia comprobable en trabajo de campo y contacto operativo.
Fuertes habilidades analíticas para la interpretación de datos y la toma de decisiones.
Dominio de Excel (nivel intermedio-avanzado) para el análisis y la gestión de datos
Capacidad para influir y motivar al equipo de ventas
Deseable conocimiento de modelos de preventa, autoventa y DSD (Direct Store Delivery).
Inglés intermedio
Familiaridad con herramientas de ruteo y planificación de rutas
Travel requirements:
Disponibilidad para Viajar: Estar disponible para viajar según sea necesario.
