Preferred Skills & Experience

Master's degree in social work, development studies, or a related field. 2-4 years' experience in CSR, a related field, nonprofit practice, or a combination.          Previous CSR legal/compliance experience a plus.  Previous technology industry experience a plus.  Fluency in English and Hindi, as well as exceptional written and verbal communication skills.          Exceptional critical thinking, research, assessment, and presentation skills.         Superb detail orientation as well as vision.          The ability to represent Oracle Social Impact with passion and professionalism.          Ability to travel up to 20-25% of the time.
