Specialist, Operations Support - Bilingual

Job Description

The Resource Manager will be solely dedicated to operational, reporting and administrative support in FinancialForce (ERP), focusing on staffing, i.e., matching the available pool of people to upcoming projects. As such, this role has a lot of stakeholder interaction, which is critical to gather necessary information and to make staffing the best decisions.

We are looking for candidates with a strong operational and executional orientation. The candidates will need to be comfortable with a fast-paced stream of work as assignments and projects are high volume and evolve quickly. The candidates must have great attention to detail to ensure data is accurately input and maintained.

You have:

 

Experience: 2+ years in change management, partner management or Project managerExperience using Power Query, Looker, or Tableu.English: B2+ (90%)Knowledge: Strong understanding of Google's partner ecosystem (Desirable)Change Management Expertise: Familiarity with frameworks like ADKAR, PROSCI, or Agile change methodologies.Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex changes in a simple, compelling way for a diverse audience.Project Management: Experience managing large-scale partner transitions and business transformations.Analytical Skills: Ability to assess impact, track adoption metrics, and drive data-driven decision-makin

Change Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute change management strategies for partner programs, product updates, and go-to-market transitions.Assess change impacts on partners and design targeted interventions to drive smooth adoption.Identify potential challenges and resistance, and proactively develop mitigation strategies.

 

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

Work closely with partner executives, sales teams, and technical leaders to align change initiatives with the business objectivesAct as a trusted advisor, guiding best practices and benefits of an evolving ecosystem.Develop clear and compelling communication plans to inform partners about upcoming changes.

 

Enablement & Traning

FinancialForce/Salesforce record creation and management based on standard operating procedures including, but not limited to, the following objects: project, resource request, staffing, assignment, timecard, resource and contactMake assignments of resources to upcoming projects, based on availability, skillset and fitPreparing and presenting weekly and monthly operational reports, based on standardised template provided by GoogleCollaborate with enablement teams to develop learning materials tailored to partner needsMonitor partner engagement and knowledge retention, adjusting strategies as ne

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance partner experience and program effectively
