WFM requests (overtime, reconciliation, assisting with shift /vacation bids)Audit helpdeskPosting stats/Key Performance metricsAgent tech/skilling issues follow upCoordination of testing & submission of skill requestsUpdate Emergency Scorecards, master tracker and reportsMaster EMD roster and CE trackerMonitoring completion & expiration dates to ensure certification compliance requirements are metCoordinating advisors continuing education with training department and WFMManagement of uniform orders, IDs, cell phones, special events & TV updatesAssist with coordination of team meetings with structured agenda itemsCreation of communications, desk toppers, etc.

The base salary range for this position is $42,000-$45,100 CAD (pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage), plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
