The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in boosting brand visibility, deepening customer engagement, and accelerating sales growth through data-driven marketing strategies tailored to China’s dynamic digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing the overall marketing strategy and calendar for eCommerce platform, aligning campaigns with product launches, sales targets, market opportunities, traffic goals and engagement objective.Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials and assets for activation.Track campaign performance against goals, review key metrics, and generate actionable insights to improve future strategies and activations.Analyze customer behavior to identify purchase patterns and repeat-purchase trends to drive loyalty, retention, and long-term business growth in China market.Stay up to date with consumer trends, competitor activities, platform updates, and promotional features to identify high-impact growth opportunities.Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or eCommerce in China market.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with solid business and marketing senseExcellent interpersonal, copywriting and communication skillsOrganized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.HKProfessional #LI-AI1
