Job Description

This Knoxville, TN based role is pivotal in designing engaging, effective, and scalable learning experiences that support employee growth, compliance, and performance across the organization. You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to transform complex concepts into impactful training solutions.

Essential Job Functions                                                                                           

Design and develop instructional materials for in-person, virtual, and self-paced learning formats (e.g., eLearning, videos, job aids, workshops)Conduct needs assessments and analyze performance gaps to recommend learning solutionsApply adult learning principles, instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM), and learning technologies to create engaging contentDevelop storyboards, scripts, and prototypes using tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similarCollaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and alignment with business goalsEvaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics


 

QualificationsBachelor's Degree At least 1 Years of experienceGraphic design or video editing experienceExperience creating: facilitator guides, visual aids, workbooks, classroom training, blended/virtual sessions, or e-learning.ADDIE methodologyFamiliarity with Articulate 360 (Storyline) and Adobe Creative Cloud
