Make It Matter.** You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations. **How you will contribute** You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team. **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in: + Your specific process area + Working in a shared service organization + Being a good team player and influencing others + Process design and mapping, and business requirement gathering experience + Communicating effectively, applying interpersonal skills and taking initiative **Más acerca del rol:** La posición tiene un rol local de forma 100% presencial en plantas o centros de distribución, pero el equipo de people exprience tiene presencia a nivel nacional en sus 8 plantas y 3 centros de distribución, de manera general esta posición se encarga de procesos administrativos de recursos Humanos como son altas, bajas, atención al personal y administración de envío de incidencias de nómina. **- Altas:** usamos el sistema Workday para procesar las altas de personal (proceso semanal), nosotros nos encargamos de asegurar el alta en el sistema con toda la información correcta, envío al equipo de nómina para que procese su alta ante IMSS, firma de contratos y archivo tanto físico como digital de todos los nuevos ingresos, curso de inducción específico en el área. **- Bajas:** Acompañamos el proceso de baja de personal, desde que el jefe sube a sistema la renuncia, hasta que tenemos el cálculo de baja para ser entregado al empleado, aseguramos tener el expediente todos los documentos requeridos derivados de este proceso. - **Administración de sistema de asistencia del empleado:** Aseguramos una correcta configuración, administración y capacitación del sistema para que el empleado pueda recibir su pago de manera correcta, de forma semanal. Llevamos un indicador de errores de pago, para poder realizar análisis y con ello, poder crear planes de acción para eliminar estos errores. Somos el enlace con el equipo de nóminas, laboral, legal y auditorías para asegurar el correcto funcionamiento del proceso. **- Atención al personal** - Recibimos a todos los empleados para resolver dudas de sus pagos/ descuentos, recibimos documentación para poder activar o suspender créditos como FONACOT e INFONAVIT, damos asesoría en las principales plataformas que el empleado usa (caja de ahorro, revisión de recibos de nómina, vales de despensa, entre otros) Generamos información de valor al negocio para la toma de decisiones a nivel local, pero también a nivel regional la posición puede participar el proyectos y foros teniendo así una proyección de crecimiento. Nos enfocamos en la estabilidad y precisión del proceso, pero siempre con un enfoque de mejora continua y estandarización / digitalización de las tareas.
