**_Join our HR Team in Phnom Penh now!_** **The Opportunity** This position is responsible in processing end-to-end Payroll operations, exit employee process. Workday administration, tax and NSSF processing, HR Operations report, and audit. The Specialist, HR Operations is also accountable in ensuring the integrity of internal controls through the execution of an accurate and timely HR Ops work scope and deliver with Manulife Value. **What motivates you?** + You obsess about customers, listen, engage and act for their benefit + You think big, with curiosity to discover ways to use your agile mindset and enable business outcomes + You thrive in teams, and enjoy getting things done together + You take ownership and build solutions, focusing on what matters + You do what is right, work with integrity and speak up + You share your humanity, helping us build a diverse and inclusive work environment for everyone **Job Description:** + Payroll processing end-to-end for both Cambodian and expat employees. + Manage the completion of the periodic payroll and other Ad-hoc reports as well as the preparation of the year-end process. + Driving HR Risk Management + Delivering key insights from Payroll/Benefits Operations metrics to manager and related stakeholders. + Processing of the statutory of NSSF, Taxation, and audit both from internal and external Manulife. + Ensure payment process with all regulatory reporting requirements, guidelines, and adherence with all internal policies and internal controls. + Maintain knowledge of existing & new legislation which affects with HR Ops works specifically related with the payroll calculations and enforcing adherence to the requirements and advising management on the needed actions. + Review and inform to manager in any process to recommend and implement changes leading to best-practice operations. + Ensure global alignment are always in processes. + Other tasks assign by manager. **Job Requirements:** + 2-3 years-experience in compensation and benefit. + Knowledgeable on Cambodia tax, statutory and labor regulations. + Must be a graduate of a bachelor’s degree. Accounting and HR related courses are preferred. + Previous experience working an HR shared services model is an advantage. + With excellent skills in using Microsoft applications (Excel, Macro, Powerpoint, etc) + With working knowledge in using Workday and HR system. + Fast learner, detail-oriented and can work collaboratively within and outside other HR functions. + Demonstrated ability to drive process excellence and continuous improvement + Demonstrated ability to understand and drive transformational change + Demonstrated ability to understand the labor, statutory and tax regulations affecting the payroll and benefits practices. + Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders to influence results across HR functions. + Customer service management; HR Risk and Compliance. + Influencing & Negotiation; Excellent communication skills. **Our commitment to you** + Our mission; to be a part of making Decisions Easier and Lives Better + A leadership team dedicated to your growth and success + A bold ambition and set of goals to be a leader in driving transformation in our industry + Our best.
