Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to drive strategic, company-wide employee communications for the Frontline Communications team as a Specialist 2, Employee Communications. In this role, the Specialist 2 will develop and execute communications for internal audiences on a wide variety of related messages, programs, policies and initiatives. The Specialist 2 will closely collaborate with other Employee Communicators and functional teams to develop and communicate employee messages, national programs, operational changes, events and initiatives, and integrated organization-wide communication strategies.Job Description

Managesemployeecommunications initiatives designed to support key businessobjectives, long-termgoalsand projects.
Writes and editsorganization-wide communications.
Maintains and enters data and information into project planning platform/reporting databases/reports.
Assistsin managingday-to-daycommunications support andoperations.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

2-4+years
Qualifications:
Writing test and samplesrequired
Education Level:Bachelor’s Degreein Communications, English,Journalismor similar program
Related experience in HQ and Corporate environment
Accustomed to communicating tolargeemployee audiences
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong writing,formattingand proofreading skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work within afast paced,deadline-driven environment
Ability to exercise decision making and work independently
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Strongproficiencyin Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)required
Strongproficiencyin Graphic Designsoftware(Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design,etc.)isdesired
Experience withVideoProductionsoftware (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.)is desirable but notrequired
Familiarity with businessmanagementsoftware (SharePoint, Smartsheet, etc.) is preferred
Regular,consistentand punctual attendance isrequired; must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary
