Your Key Responsibilities Collaborate with sub-region and country teams to plan and implement integrated branding and communication initiatives aligned with overall country strategy to achieve desired business outcomes. Monitor and evaluate the performance of branding and communication activities together with country teams, focusing on priority areas set by the sub-region and in alignment with the Regional Branding & Communications team to strengthen stakeholder engagement. Develop and maintain an annual branding and communications plan outlining sub-regional marketing and communication activities, timelines, and key performance indicators. Support content development for leadership and organizational communications, including coordination of townhall meetings and management of translation services to ensure clear and inclusive messaging. Assist with vendor management and procurement activities related to the corporate marketing and communications functions across the Southeast Asia region, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring. Your Qualifications At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the B2B sector, with demonstrated expertise in marketing, corporate communications, and public relations. Regional exposure in South-East Asia is highly desirable. Strong experience in copywriting, content creation, strategic planning, and execution of communications, marketing projects, and events. Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva), social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and online editorial calendar management is preferred. Exposure to project management concepts and tools (such as Agile methodologies, MS Project, or Asana) is an added advantage.
