At the Personal Banking Value Office, we are seeking a motivated professional to join our Special Projects & Integration team. You will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives that shape the future of banking while working in a collaborative and supportive environment. As a Planning Manager of special projects, you will support key strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with platform goals and priorities. You will coordinate and track timely execution of key program activities collaborating across to ensure successful delivery.

What will you do?

Planning & controlling of project timelines: Develop project plans that ensure effectiveness (e.g., comprehensive) and speed. Adapt plans as priorities shift. Track performance, identifying risks and required pivots based on facts & data. Use tools and routines to promote transparency, self-organization and cross-collaboration

Thought leadership on execution & change management: Provide advice to transform strategic priorities into clear plans and communication, leveraging strategic thinking and analytical skills. Identify horizontal insights (-i.e., ‘connecting the dots’) across different bodies of work.

Stakeholder Management: Understand stakeholder needs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Build trust and strong relationships with partners.

Communication & Facilitation: Deliver clear, tailored communications to stakeholders and teams. Facilitate inclusive and relevant meetings, leveraging tools to enhance engagement and clarity.

Risk Management: Proactively assess risks and issues, engaging stakeholders to implement mitigation strategies. Maintain transparent communication on risk status.

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have:

3-5 years of experience managing projects.

Proficiency in planning and maintaining integrated project schedules, roadmaps, and status reports.

Outstanding communication and facilitation skills, including tailoring messages and leading discussions with senior audiences.

Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with a focus on influencing outcomes and building partnerships with senior leaders and vendors.

Excellent ability to navigate ambiguity, structuring a rigorous project approach from scratch.

Nice to Have:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field, is preferred.

Experience managing large business or technology projects in financial services.

Professional certifications such as PMP.
