Spatial Data Manager
**Job Title** Spatial Data Manager **Job Description Summary** The Spatial Data Administrator uses CAD and other design/space technology software to provide support to Project Management, Occupancy Planning and Move Managers. Holds responsibility to ensure all current drawings and systems are maintained, relevant space reports are generated on a regular basis and serves as the central point of contact regarding the space technology solution within a client environment. Solid understanding of drafting techniques and familiarity with construction and furniture terminology required. Expertise in CAD/CAFM and the methodologies and calculations used to generate and analyze allocation models critical. **Job Description** **Principle Responsibilities:** + Develops designs using computer-assisted design/drafting (e.g., CAD) equipment and software + Establishes and maintains an organized file system for As-Built Drawings + Converts existing construction drawings to computer-aided design/drafting software + Communicates with Project Management, Space Planning and Move Management for CAD needs + Generates needed reports and analysis on Space + Manages and reports space allocation data, including business presence and archiving + Proactively monitors space allocation data and changes + Provides allocation data in accordance with client Space Allocation Process **Requirements:** + BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience in Architectural Technology, Space Planning, Space Data Management, Data Analytics or Occupancy Planning + Four to Eight years experience in a corporate real estate environment. + Establish core program standards for global space naming conventions, allocation model application, drawing standards and reporting standards + Establish working relationships and guides the development of roles and responsibilities with partners + Establish governance program and data quality assurance reporting for global consistency of portfolio space and occupancy data + Proactively monitor the execution of the client space allocation model and delivery of reporting in accordance with client space allocation process + Serves as SPOC and global system administrator for client space data management system, enforcing user controls and system continuity + Enable all system integration efforts with the CAFM system to further enhance the availability and quality of spatial and occupancy data + Recommend process improvements and performance enhancements in the use of the client space data management system + Provides space data management system training for system users + Responsible for guiding and reviewing recommendations to enhance operational efficiency, service delivery, cost savings, and innovative service advancements for all functional areas + Coach the space team leadership in effective space planning and FF&E solution development, ensuring compliance with established process workflows and consistent service delivery for all project types **AAP/EEO STATEMENT** C&W provides equal employment opportunity to all individuals regardless of their race, color, creed, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by state, federal, or local law.
