México D.F., MEX | Ability to obtain clearance | Salary | per month | Full Time Overview: SGI Global is identifying qualified candidates for anticipated future roles providing linguistic and interpretation support to training programs for security and law enforcement partners in Mexico. Final duties and requirements are pending client approval. This posting is for early market research only. Key Responsibilities (Preliminary): + Provide consecutive and simultaneous interpretation between English and Spanish during tactical training, classroom instruction, operational meetings, and field exercises. + Accurately interpret and translate technical terminology related to law enforcement, security, and operational protocols. + Facilitate communication between U.S. instructors and Mexican law enforcement personnel. + Translate training materials, documents, briefings, presentations, and scenario content. + Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all interpreted and translated information. + Maintain effective coordination with the training team to ensure seamless operational communication. Minimum Qualifications: + Mexican citizenship + Demonstrated fluency in English and Spanish equivalent to FSI 4/4 (professional interpretation level). + Minimum of three (3) years of professional interpretation experience in operational, government, tactical, or law enforcement environments. + Strong knowledge of law enforcement, tactical, or military terminology (preferred). + Experience providing interpretation in field and high-demand environments. + Ability to accurately translate technical and operational documents. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to travel domestically and internationally. + Ability to work in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
