Job Title: Space Systems EngineerJob Description We are seeking a highly skilled Space Systems Engineer to manage and develop a simulation environment from a hardware perspective. This role involves determining the necessary hardware for the lab and collaborating with the vehicle design lead to support the satellite side of the program. Responsibilities + Manage and develop the simulation environment focusing on hardware needs. + Decide and procure appropriate hardware for the lab. + Collaborate with the vehicle design lead for program requirements. + Create a simulation environment incorporating space components. + Utilize STK for simulation tasks. + Develop the environment to verify system requirements. Essential Skills + 8+ years of experience in systems engineering. + Proficiency in simulation and hardware design. + Experience with developing simulation environments with space components. + Active TS clearance. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with satellite systems. Work Environment This position is based on-site in Centennial, within a manufacturing environment. The role involves working on the floor as part of a 13-person team.
