**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Space Planning Coordinator, you will work with client teams for all non-project-related inquiries throughout the space planning process.
This job is part of the Moves, Additions and Changes function. They are responsible for building space design, construction, and moving services.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Track and monitor all small to medium-sized non-project-related moves, planning, and inventory of furniture and workstations.
+ Collect, organize, and evaluate data related to the client’s facility requirements and physical space needs.
+ Provide direction to the MAC and facilities teams to assign and prepare seating for new hires.
+ Ensure workspace is fully set up and ready (desk, chair, equipment, supplies, etc.) on new hire’s first day.
+ Maintain and update internal seating databases and occupancy tools.
+ Complete a supply and demand assessment data evaluation and provide recommendations to the client for review. Track and report on new hire space planning requests and completion status.
+ Attend meetings with client representatives and assist with the facilitation of the planning of space requirements.
+ Update drawings and related databases. Perform onsite walking audits to maintain data integrity of available seating and Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems.
+ Report to client and service delivery partners on work environment and delivery efficiency and effectiveness. Identify and escalate any space constraints or conflict to Occupancy planners in a timely manner
+ Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
+ Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
+ Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
**What You’ll Need:**
Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration, Operations, Facilities Management, Interior Design, Architecture or related field) preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Excellent time management and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive approach.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Space Planning Coordinator position is $90,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Space Planning Coordinator position is $99,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
