What you will have an opportunity to do:

Position Summary: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for spa guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk, and supporting the spa team with administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out experience. - Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally. - Schedule appointments and manage spa booking software accurately. - Process payments and handle transactions in accordance with company procedures. - Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil reception area. - Provide information on spa services, promotions, and products. - Liaise with spa therapists and management to ensure seamless service delivery. - Assist with retail sales and restocking displays as needed. - Handle guest concerns or escalate them to the Spa Manager appropriately.
