About our property:

Skamania Lodge is a Pacific Northwest resort set on 175 acres, featuring treehouses, glamping, golf, ziplining, a spa, and multiple restaurants. With over 22,000 sq. ft. of event space, it’s a premier destination for retreats, conferences, and celebrations.

What you will have an opportunity to do:

Welcome guests warmly and respond to requests with professionalism and courtesyAnswer phones, book spa services, manage scheduling, and maintain guest records in the spa databaseAssist guests in navigating their appointments and facility amenitiesSell spa services and retail products; process transactions accuratelyMaintain cleanliness and presentation of the front desk, retail area, spa, fitness center, pool, and locker roomsPerform hourly facility rounds, restock towels and robes, and replenish locker room productsConfirm group details one week in advanceAttend department meetings and support Spa Management as needed

What are we looking for?

Excellent computer skills required.Two years of customer service experience desired.Ability to obtain a CPR Certification.Someone with a flexible schedule that allows them to work weekends and holidaysAbility to explain, recommend, and promote the variety of Spa menu items.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent problem-solving skills.

Compensation:
