Position Overview

The Spa Coordinator is the heartbeat of our front desk and guest experience. This role supports daily spa operations by welcoming guests, managing appointments, assisting therapists, and maintaining a clean, organized, and calm spa environment. We are looking for a reliable, professional, and service-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced luxury spa setting.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and professionally; check guests in and out of spa servicesAnswer phones, respond to guest inquiries, and book spa appointments accuratelyMaintain knowledge of spa services, treatments, memberships, and retail offeringsProvide exceptional guest service before, during, and after treatmentsAssist therapists with odds and ends as needed to support smooth service flowMaintain front desk organization, including daily paperwork and schedulesSupport retail sales and recommend skincare products when appropriateClean and restock locker rooms throughout the day to spa standardsDrop off and manage laundry as neededEnsure spa policies and procedures are followedCommunicate clearly with therapists and leadership regarding guest needs and schedule changesAssist with opening and closing duties of the spa

Qualifications

Previous spa, hotel, or customer service experience preferredKnowledge of skincare and spa treatments is a strong plusStrong communication and multitasking skillsProfessional appearance and positive attitudeAbility to stay calm and organized in a busy environmentTeam player willing to step in where neededComfortable standing for long periods and performing light cleaning/lifting

Schedule Requirements

Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as requiredPart-time and/or full-time availability considered based on business needs
