Sodexo is seeking a Sous Chef for HCA Ocala Hospital in Ocala, FL. HCA Florida Ocala is 323-bed level 2 trauma facility located in the heart of Ocala, FL.   Known as the Horse Capital of the World, Ocala is just a short drive to Universal Studios & Disney World!

 

 

The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef to maintain high quality food production for patients, doctors lounge and retail areas.  This position will work hands-on overseeing culinary food operations including fostering and developing a team of frontline employees, assisting with purchasing, and menu development.
