Roles and Responsibilities

Provide coordination in procurement activities for assigned commodities and suppliers

Proactively work with global and local Sourcing team as well as suppliers to improve On Time Delivery, Quality performance to target level.Achieve lowest possible cost for material and service, balanced against optimum quality and schedule needs.Evaluate current and anticipated requirements, identify potential sources, obtain bids, and plan programs to meet business needs.Presents to stakeholder in specific purchasing space and on cross functional teams on how purchasing contributes to overall strategy.Advises functional managers or other functions regarding approaches, processes, procedures and progresses.Identify and deliver value-adding opportunities for the businessDrive cost out, localization, source optimization projects within SourcingLead supplier performance reviews with supplier focal and their leadershipProvide analytical data and implement improvement planComply with company policy and process including but not limit in Sourcing, Compliance, commercial, Quality, Production, EHS, HR, Lean, etc.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited universityMinimum 2 years of work experience in sourcing or supply chain positionStrong negotiation skillsProved ERP knowledgeGood oral and written English
