Main Accountabilities:

Working with all group cross-functional teams and brands to achieve EBITDAM savings according to allocated annual team targets and Regional Strategic Procurement Plan.Supporting Category Leader in execution of purchase management process and realization of defined savings.Supporting all business stakeholders (commercial, culinary, MD) teams through menu development process and the effective execution of airline specific menu cycle changes, tenders, and other new business.Effectively supporting and managing daily incidental and ad hoc sourcing activities and product substitutions - negotiating with existing suppliers on pricing, effective unit of measures, lead times, minimum order quantities and delivery schedules for new products and services and gaining approval from key internal stakeholders.Ensuring purchase of goods and services according to company guidelines.Supporting conclusion of contracts, document, and issuing to suppliers under guidance from Unit manager in line with relevant deadlines, conditions and KPIs.Preparing and supporting department specific reporting and analysis.Supporting the business market intelligence activities by developing a broad knowledge of the industry marketplace, it conditions and trends and developments.Maintaining the approved product list in terms of pricing data and product specification detail always ensuring its integrity.Supporting the maintenance and development of a fully rationalized and standardized product range where possible.Energizing all stakeholders both internal and external.Ad hoc administrative duties to support the procurement team business as usual function.Sharing best practice with local and regional colleagues to drive ‘smarter sourcing initiatives and support development of procurement team functionality and efficiency.Participating, contributing and/or steering in group wide or regional projects.Champion all procurement processes and activities across the business to all stakeholders advising and consulting on its core functionality.
