**Main responsibilities**
Spend Area strategy execution:
• Support Sourcing strategy development and deployment – aligned with stakeholders.
• Work close with BD/PCM to lead innovation projects in a collaborative model with external manufacturers and suppliers
Support Agile Projects
• Lead market screening process to identify new players locally or regionally
•Prepare and lead required bids and negotiations with suppliers
• Identify opportunities to improve the productivity pipeline agenda the short and long term
Manage the Supplier relationship and risk management
• Support supplier development activities and set up-up cross-functional review meetings with suppliers in order to launch new products, improve performance and further reduce cost
• Proactively identify supply continuity risks and develop mitigation plans
Contracting supplier process management
• Partner with Supplier Development & Quality Engineering resource to ensure compliance to processes, procedures, ISO practices and regulatory/Food Safety requirements
• Manage critical supplier issues, utilizing enhanced problem-solving skills to determine true root cause and to develop and implement irreversible corrective actions
• Work closely with the sourcing area teams and BD teams to develop strategic sourcing plans that align to the Supplier Performance Management Processes and procedures
• Accountability of cross-functional initiatives
Procurement policy accomplishment
• Lead the preparation of Master Agreements and Purchase Agreements as well as other legal documents in collaboration with Legal department
• Attend business needs and show business opportunities through external partnerships and external productions
• Usage of procurement tools – Zycus as main tools to safeguard bidding information
• Support solving of invoicing issues

**Education / Certifications:** Bachelor Degree
**Job specific requirements:** 1-3 years of procurement experience or other supply chain experience
**Travel requirements:** 10%
**Work schedule:** Monday to Friday – hybrid
**Salary and Benefits:**
The base salary range for this position is $95,100 - $130,800; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.
