Sourcing Manager
Job Title: Sourcing Manager ** Flexible Hybrid/Remote work environment. Must be onsite for first full week. After that, only needed onsite 2x every other week in Neenah, WI. Open to someone part time or full time. Job Description As a Sourcing Manager, you will manage high-impact vendor relationships, ensuring strong communication and issue resolution with key contacts. You will lead vendor evaluations and contract negotiations to maximize value and performance outcomes. You will collaborate with internal experts to assess vendor financials, operations, and delivery capabilities. Monitoring post-contract performance and recommending improvements based on data-driven insights will be a significant part of your role. Responsibilities + Partner with IT and Legal teams to assess risk, ensure compliance, and optimize contract terms. + Conduct vendor risk reviews and support compliance efforts related to third-party oversight. + Help build and maintain a preferred vendor ecosystem to streamline sourcing and pricing strategies. + Define and implement governance standards, performance metrics, and vendor management processes. + Provide strategic oversight and escalation support to ensure vendor accountability. + Develop and deliver training on vendor management best practices. + Mentor junior team members and contribute to long-term sourcing strategies. + Support third-party risk management initiatives across non-vendor engagements. + Track and report on corrective actions for underperforming vendors. Essential Skills + Proficiency in procurement, supplier negotiation, and contract negotiation. + Experience in strategic sourcing and supplier management. + Familiarity with ERP, HCM, licensing negotiations, and system integration. + Strong project management and vendor management abilities. + Ability to select ERP SI partners and negotiate subsequent contracts. + Experience with HCM and ERP platform licensing negotiations. + Proficiency in redlining and negotiating complex contracts. + Understanding of legal, compliance, privacy, and security principles. + Strong analytical, decision-making, and conflict resolution capabilities. + Excellent communication and influencing skills across multiple levels. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree required. + 7+ years of relevant experience in sourcing, vendor management, or procurement. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, and e-signature tools. + Experience with contract management or third-party risk platforms is a plus. Work Environment The position offers a flexible hybrid schedule with initial onsite requirement for the first week, followed by onsite presence for 2 days every other week. The role can be based in Neenah, WI, with availability for either 20 or 40 hours per week. The work environment is tech-driven, collaborative, and allows for cross-functional interactions. Dress code is business casual when onsite. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $81.00/hr.
