Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Analyze supplier delivery performance using performance indicators and trend reporting to predict risk and initiate corrective measures.

Conduct root-cause analysis on supply chain disruptions and develop permanent counter-measures.

Drive continuous improvement activities using Lean, Six Sigma, and problem‑solving tools.

Support long‑term strategic planning for supplier capability and supply chain resilience.

Lead complex / high-profile supply chain risk projects with cross-functional teams.

Collaborate with Production, Engineering and Quality teams to resolve issues negatively impacting business objectives.

Contribute to MR business operating rhythms, including delivery reviews and risk assessments.

Support long-term business continuity plans and supply risk mitigation strategies.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Sourcing, Material Management, or Supply Chain experience.)

Desired Characteristics

Strong negotiation skills, contracting experience, and background in process improvement.

Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to manage and develop supplier relationships.

Ability to energize, develop and builds rapport at all levels within an organization.

Ability to influence others and lead project teams.
