ResponsibilitiesUse social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter) to look for and connect with potential candidatesReview online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidatesSend recruiting emails and follow up with candidatesAsk for referrals from internal and external networksContact past applicants for new job opportunitiesDevelop a network of potential candidates and industry professionalsLog candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databasesIdentify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hiresMeasure and report on recruiting metrics, like source of hire and time-to-fillRequirements and skillsGraduates with no experience are welcomePreferably with at least 6 mos experience as sourcing associate(phonescreener)Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and other Human Resources Management softwareFamiliarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databasesGood knowledge of labor legislationExcellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge)Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneouslycan start ASAPGlobal Payments Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
