POSITION SCOPE:

Major responsibilities:

•Support end‑to‑end launch planning and execution for Sotyktu’s current and new indications (e.g., PsA, SLE, SSc), ensuring readiness across medical, sales, market access and cross‑functional stakeholders.

•Lead preparation of new indication approval readiness, including label impact assessment, messaging update, promotional material localization, training alignment, and scenario planning.

•Drive alignment with global teams to ensure strategies, insights and materials are consistent and locally applicable

•Conduct rigorous data analysis to identify market trends, unmet needs, competitive dynamics and business opportunities within immunology TA.

•Shape market research by defining key business questions and ensuring outputs directly inform strategy and launch preparation.

•Integrate insights from multiple channels (KOL interviews, field visits, congress interactions, surveys) to deepen understanding of:

Specialty‑specific treatment behaviors (Derm / Rheum)

Patient journey differences across indications

Barriers to adoption for new therapies

•Develop messaging, medical‑aligned claims, and positioning for both approved and upcoming indications.

•Lead promotional planning, execution and monitoring, ensuring consistency with the label and overall brand strategy.

•Collaborate closely with sales teams to empower physician engagement and promote cross‑functional execution excellence.

•Partner with Medical, Market Access, SFE, Digital, Finance and Compliance teams to ensure all launch readiness elements are aligned.

•Support creation and alignment of Functional Plans and annual tactical plans across indications.

•Drive digital effectiveness by integrating omnichannel insights into brand strategy.

BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:

Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility.
