Solutions Executive Director, Global Procurement Solution Architecture Job ID 207852 Posted 26-Mar-2025 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Executive Management Location(s) Dallas - Texas - United States of America **This role is equivalent to Senior Managing Director** Role Summary Serves as the Enterprise Procurement solutions global leader with overall accountability for team performance, solution competitiveness, win rate, and procurement solution architecture team continuous development. Responsibilities + Continuously align and calibrate the Procurement Solutions Architecture team to support Enterprise sales strategy. Drive product inclusion across pursuit lifecycle. + Utilize data, benchmarking, solutioning tools, and market research to ensure solutions are built competitively and are winnable. + Accountable for the competitiveness of all solutions using the solution review process. + Collaborate with Enterprise Sales and Client Solutions leaders and business stakeholders to launch strategic initiatives to improve the efficiency of the solutioning process. Experience + 10+ years of experience in solution architecture and development or leading operations for real estate and facilities outsourcing. + Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. + Previous people management and leadership experience necessary including managing in a matrix environment. + Deep understanding of the real estate and facilities outsourcing industry, market trends, and best practices. + Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action. Education + Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university preferred. Master’s degree is a plus.
