Your Key Responsibilities

• CORE-TASKS : Design, develop, and maintain frontend components to enhance user interaction and visualization within AskP360 and related data services;
• CORE-TASKS : Contribute to backend development and integrate data pipelines to ensure reliable, high-quality data ingestion and processing for customer projects;
• Build and optimize dashboards and monitoring tools to track system usage, performance, and stability;
• Support debugging and root-cause analysis; improve robustness and reliability across both frontend and backend systems; 
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product owners, data analysts, and customers to gather requirements and deliver solutions; 
• Engage in release planning, produce documentation, and support customer-facing deployments; 
• Assist with setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks (e.g., Jenkins-based workflows);
• Ensure adherence to security best practices, including authentication/authorization (OAuth/JWT), secure coding, and data compliance standards. 

Your Qualifications

• CORE-SKILL: Proven experience in frontend development with modern frameworks (e.g., Angular or similar) for building and maintaining user-facing applications [~ five years in role];
• CORE-SKILL: Strong programming skills in Python for backend scripting, data processing, and automation tasks;
• Familiarity with the Azure stack (app registration, token handling, API Management) is a plus;
• Proficient with Git and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins), including automated testing and deployment setup;
• Experience building monitoring dashboards or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, or similar) is advantageous;
• Basic security knowledge, including authentication/authorization protocols (OAuth 2.0, JWT) and secure coding practices;
• Experience with SQL and relational databases is a plus;
• Knowledge of Java and/or C# is a plus;
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; able to decompose complex issues into actionable tasks;
• High attention to detail and a meticulous approach to development and troubleshooting;
• Effective communication skills; comfortable collaborating with product owners, data analysts, and customers;
• Agile mindset with experience working in iterative, fast-paced environments;
• Customer-centric orientation, focused on delivering value aligned with business objectives;
• Proactive, responsible, and ownership-driven, with follow-through on deliverables;
• Willingness to contribute to documentation, release planning, and customer-facing deployments.
