Our client, a leading solutions provider, is seeking a Solutions Center Analyst to join their team. As a Solutions Center Analyst, you will be part of the Global Solutions Center Team supporting local site operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, empathic listening abilities, and a proactive problem-solving approach which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Solutions Center Analyst
**Location:** Houston, TX
**What's the Job?**
+ Act as a local site resource to resolve problems requiring face-to-face and local knowledge.
+ Provide local site support, researching and resolving technical problems/issues.
+ Deliver training and education to the local end-user community on IS systems and processes.
+ Create, update, and review Solutions Center-owned knowledgebase documents related to the local site.
+ Collaborate with vendors or third-party companies for advanced IS troubleshooting and installation.
**What's Needed?**
+ A four-year technical degree or equivalent work experience.
+ Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 2013 & 365, and various web browsers.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
+ Ability to lift, move, and carry 50lbs of computer equipment regularly.
+ Working knowledge of networking fundamentals and information security principles.
