As a Solutions Analyst III at JPMorgan Chase within the Commercial & Investment Bank Team, you will aid in bridging the gap between product owners, business, operations, and software developers by leveraging your technical fluency and strong analytical reasoning skills. Elicit and document comprehensive business and data flow requirements by engaging with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibilityTranslate complex business requirements into well-structured technical solutions, leveraging data analytics and technical knowledge to optimize system performance and scalabilityConduct in-depth data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, providing actionable insights that support decision-making and key business initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain architecture designs, policies, standards, and governance processes that align technology with business strategy, Collaborate with Product Owners, Operations, and Technology partners to prioritize product backlog and define acceptance criteria and drafting the test case for the given business scenario.Continuously enhance technical knowledge and stay current with industry trends, ensuring the application of best practices and innovative solutions to address evolving business needs Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Wholesale Loan Technology applications. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related fieldDemonstrated proficiency in data analytics, including experience with data extraction, modeling, and interpretation to support strategic decision-makingAdvanced data visualization capabilities, with hands-on experience in implementing and managing BI dashboardsStrong technical writing skills, with a proven track record of translating complex information into clear and concise documentation for diverse stakeholder audiencesAdvanced knowledge of data fluency, including experience in handling large, diverse data sets and generating insights to drive business objectivesStrong understanding of commercial lending products, processes, and systems.Experience working in Agile development environments with SCRUM methodology.Proven ability to gather and document business requirements, create user stories, and define acceptance criteria.Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational skills, leadership skills and a willingness to drive change.
